The agreement for all reservations is formed between Chauffero and the client, whether it be an agent, a company, a passenger, or an individual making and facilitating payment for the transportation service.
By placing an order through our Website, phone, or via email, you agree that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and you are at least over 18 years old.
It is imperative to note that our chauffeurs lack the authorization and licensing required to entertain booking solicitations. Please be informed that Chauffero solely accepts payments through direct channels, and our chauffeurs are explicitly prohibited from collecting fares. We maintain the prerogative to Cancel any passenger booking as circumstances may necessitate, and the confirmation of bookings is contingent upon availability.

1:Reservations
Chauffero’s dedicated reservation team is available around the clock to provide unwavering support to our clients. While we consistently aim to surpass expectations, it’s important to note that for tailored journeys, we might need a notice of 24 hours to ensure the chauffeured vehicle is prepared to perfection. Our pricing is denominated in GBP and encompasses the journey from the initial pickup point (A) to the final drop-off point (B), except in cases involving airport transfers or predefined flat charges.
To obtain a personalized quote or secure a booking via our booking agents, it’s essential to furnish complete contact details, including your full name, contact number, and email address. Please be aware that if these details are not provided, Chauffero will regrettably be unable to extend further assistance.
Chauffero reserves the right to modify prices and adjust product availability at its discretion, without prior notification. All exclusive specials and promotions are subject to availability limitations. For current pricing details, we recommend reaching out to us via phone. Chauffero requests a minimum of 4 hours’ advance notice for all online bookings made during office hours (08:00 to 21:00 UK time).

Please note that the online prices quoted are applicable exclusively for travel within the UK. If your travel plans encompass European destinations, we kindly request you to contact our office for further details.
For bookings slated between 22:00 pm and 06:00 am, a supplementary charge of 10% will be applied in addition to the online prices.
- All bookings scheduled into, or driving through the C Charge Zone during operating hours will incur a £15.00 flat fee that goes to TfL.
All London airports pick-up rates are set at a fixed price from £10 to £20.
Airport drop off fee £5.
If you disagree Chauffero will refund you the full amount paid excluding credit card charges.

3:Chauffero’s Guidelines for Journeys and Waiting Periods:
Every quote for flights arriving at any UK airport includes a free 45-minute waiting period. A 15-minute waiting window is offered without charge for all other journeys. Charges will be calculated in 15-minute intervals after this initial waiting period and will be applied to the provided debit or credit card at the time of booking. Our one-way chauffeur service provides transportation from Point A to Point B with the option of making extra stops as needed.
During the booking process, customers are responsible for precisely specifying the pickup and drop-off locations as well as any additional stops. After the booking has been confirmed, changes to the schedule may incur extra expenses. The distance between Point A and Point B, as well as any on-demand waiting time that the customer specifies for the trip, determine the cost of the One Way Chauffeur Service.
